What do you think of this statement, “Jesus was just a man on the cross”,by a Seventh-day Adventist?

The divinity and sinlessness of Our Lord has been doubted by many in our contemporary culture. However, these teachings or suggestions are at odds with what the Bible has to say on the matter.
The the -im suffix in the Hebrew word Elohim ensures that it is grammatically plural rather than singular. It not only a stylistic way of emphasizing greatness, power and prestige. The plural form (Elohim) certainly allows for the further revelation of God’s triune nature. The Old Testament hints at the triune nature of the Godhead, in order to prepare people for the Messiah who would be much more than a human prophet.
At the baptism of Jesus, we have all three Persons of Elohim present: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit (ref Matthew 3:16–17).
Biblical Proof :—
In the Biblical narrative of Moses and the burning bush, it was “The Angel Of The Lord” that appeared (ref Exodus 3:2). Angels though divine messengers are created beings. However, this angel claimed to be God (ref Exodus 3:6).
Before His crucifixion, Jesus prayed thus 👇
As per the Bible, God the Father, answered the prayers of Jesus 👇
“Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;” [Hebrews 5:7; KJV]
Jesus represents one person of the Triune God, God’s only Son.
It is pertinent to note that God the Father never said to any angel or mere human — you are my Only begotten son as recorded in the New Testament 👇
“For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?” [Hebrews 1:5; KJV]
The image painted by the apostle in Revelation — an image of the divinity of Jesus in His purest and most eternal form, wrapped in incomparable glory — is how the Lord looks now because of Hebrews 5:7.
That is definitely not how a mere human being looks — head and hair as white as snow, eyes like a flame of fire, feet like burnished brass and with a voice as the sound of many waters.
Again, Jesus Himself proclaimed his divinity
“Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.” [John 8:58; KJV]
